The hotel staff were amazing and really made us feel welcome. the cleanliness was also remarkable. We also appreciated the good location - very easy to get to tourist spots.
We were disappointed that the pool was unavailable for kids. We also felt that the extra charges for children were quite steep.

The hotel is situated in a charming location that is close to the town's historic center where you can find great restaurants. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the kid's club provides entertainment that keeps the older children occupied. the rooms are clean and lovely. the bathroom is well-maintained and well-equipped with basic toiletries.
The strict rule prohibiting kids from using the pool is a major drawback for families with kids who want to enjoy the full facilities of the hotel.

Charming Town and Excellent Spa
My partner and I recently escaped to a small town in the mountains and were pleasantly surprised by all it had to offer. The town had a charming atmosphere, with plenty of cozy restaurants and cafes. The hotel boasted an excellent spa, with a saltwater pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. The spa treatment was our favorite indulgence, and the hotel's attentive staff made sure we were pampered to the fullest. the location was perfect for exploring the town on foot and nearby outdoor activities.
Although the hotel was a lovely escape for a romantic weekend, we were disappointed to find that The hotel did not allow children to use the pool. This was even more challenging for us since we had to pay an additional fee because we were traveling with a small child.

It was easy to get around the historic center of this city by foot, which was a great way to explore. The parking was convenient, and we found it hassle-free to get our car in and out.
Nothing to dislike.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was luxurious, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a steam room. the massage was relaxing, and the Spa lounge was a great place to unwind. the treatment room had exclusive amenities, such as body scrubs, body wraps, and facials, all provided with exceptional service.
The only minor issue was that the entertainment was not diverse. the location advantages compensated for it, which was very close to a ski resort and historic town.
